Each license is billed yearly. Before your renewal date, you will receive a reminder so there are no surprises. Renew to keep receiving updates and priority support. If you cancel, your license remains active until the end of the paid period — tracking on activated sites continues, but admin access and updates stop when the license expires.
A site is a single WordPress installation — one database, one set of files. A standard install and a WordPress multisite network each count as one site. Staging environments that mirror production typically need their own activation if AffiliRex is used there; contact us if you need guidance on dev/staging setups.
