Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Delta Dino website, your purchase of AffiliRex licenses, and your relationship with us. By accessing our sites or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Products and licenses

AffiliRex is commercial WordPress plugin software published by Delta Dino. When you purchase a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of WordPress installations allowed by your plan (Starter: 1 site, Pro: 3 sites, Enterprise: 10 sites). Each installation requires a separate activation tied to your license key.

AffiliRex is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later) as required for WordPress plugins. Your commercial license grants the right to use, receive updates for, and obtain support for the plugin for the licensed period. Source code is provided with the plugin distribution in accordance with the GPL.

Permitted use

You may use AffiliRex to run affiliate tracking on WordPress sites you own or manage for clients, within your plan's site limit. You may not:

• Share, resell, or sublicense your license key to third parties
• Activate more sites than your plan allows without upgrading
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or remove license validation for the purpose of circumventing payment
• Use the plugin for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
• Redistribute the plugin as a competing commercial product

Purchases, billing, and renewal

Licenses are sold on an annual basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are listed in USD on our pricing page and may change for new purchases; existing renewal pricing will be communicated before renewal. By completing a purchase at shop.deltadino.com, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee.

Licenses renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your billing email current so you receive renewal notices.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new purchases. If AffiliRex is not suitable for your needs, email support@deltadino.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after that period are considered at our discretion, typically only for billing errors or unresolved technical issues on our side. Upon refund, your license is revoked and you should deactivate and remove the plugin from affected sites.

Updates and support

An active license includes plugin updates and email support for the licensed period. Support is provided to the license holder only — if you use AffiliRex on a client's site, support requests must come through you. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time. Support covers product functionality; we do not provide general WordPress development, theme customization, or server administration except as it directly relates to AffiliRex.

License expiration

If your license expires or is refunded, access to admin settings, reports, and updates is disabled until you renew. Tracking engines that were already running on your site may continue to operate so live attribution is not disrupted; however, you may not use an expired license to access gated admin features or receive updates.

Intellectual property

Delta Dino, the AffiliRex name, logo, and marketing materials are our trademarks and intellectual property. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or creates confusion. Plugin code is licensed under the GPL as described above.

Disclaimer of warranties

AffiliRex and our websites are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress configuration, theme, or third-party plugin.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Dino and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of AffiliRex or our websites. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta Dino from claims arising out of your misuse of the plugin, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your use of the software on your sites.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, abuse support, or engage in fraud. You may stop using the plugin at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Delta Dino's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
